It was really a fantastic journey and a fantastic stay in the very nice hotel in amazing Zug. Breakfast was good and so was the localization. Staff and managers were very helpful, communicative and with excellent approach to the client. They helped us in organizing excursions. They answered to all our questions regarding Zug. They informed us well about transportation possibilities in the City and surroundings and about interesting places to visit.

Very nice little hotel in peaceful location not too far away from city centre. Very friendly staff, good, spacious and clean rooms, safe, parking (extra cost) and good breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more.
